Lol Lo Ching Woe, you should know by now your kind of remarks aren't going to shut anyone up or mostly even agree with you. But, in rebuttal for your own statement, if you don't like my (whines) opinions well you can just STFU also. You aren't going to stop me.

I truely believe in change and policing the game to make it balanced for "everyone" every class. If one class can solo the UW then every class should be able to solo the UW without having to be a Mo secondary. Which every primary class cannot, thus the class needs nerfing some more. Protective Spirit should be next and then whatever else that would allow one class to solo it religiously. Make it where any and every class can solo it and I will STFU.

I agree with this just make a minimum party size of lets say 4 so 4 man smite runs are still available

Underused Skills

We took some time to look at skills we felt were under-used (like Panic, Spinal Shivers, Dwarven Battle Stance, and a few others) and tried to either reduce their cost or increase their effects. Often we find the best way to balance something is to increase the effectiveness of its counters; this can be a very tricky thing to do, but it often provides more interesting play.

Now I'd like to ask how making Protective Bond static at 3 no matter how many more attributes a person assigns to Protection Prayers beyond 13 is going to encourage that person to use this skill?

Additionally, this skill will be the only oddball skill that doesn't scale like every other skills because the developers had a brainfart.

Usually when I throw this on a tanker, he's mostly being harrassed by 3 or more mobs. At a loss of -12 on hits, I'll be drained in less than 5s. Why so short? Because I'd be healings and myself.

As it stands, Protective Bond is totally useless.

A.Net/NCSoft needs to reflect on itself and take the proper course of action. The current course is just nonsensicle and totally lack imagination (and normalcy of the flow of the mechanics of the game).
